He did a very great job of explaining the inspection process and what to expect before he even started and then did a very thorough inspection. He pointed out the good and the bad and answered any questions. At the end when he went through the whole inspection, both agents (one from the largest ReMax office in Toronto and one from Century 21) were very impressed as was the original owner of the house. It was a nice touch when he took out the Sears coupon book and said how "most of his clients said the savings from this book alone paid for the inspection many times over". "
